You can call us "The Bread Place," you can call Bryan "The Bread Guy," or you can call us "That scratch bakery in Gahanna." We've heard all of them, and we're just happy you're calling us!

I became a baker because I love to bake bread. I believe that is how I can best serve my customers, my community, and my family. As our business grows, it is important to me that we remain a family bakery and that we continue to provide only the highest quality baked goods.
Our new menu in 2009 will focus on what we do best. We’re concentrating on the most popular items, and the ones that our customers like the most. I will be able to keep a hands-on approach as your local baker and ensure that every baked item you take home is the best quality that my sister and I can produce.
The variety of scones and bread may not be as diverse as in the past, but we want them to be the best you’ll ever have. If your favorite item is not included in the new menu please let us know. We’ll constantly be reevaluating the menu and considering new additions.
